Create contact

https://api.mapflow.co/api/v1/locations/contacts/

Create a new delivery location contact. Contacts support multiple emails and phones stored as JSON arrays. A contact must be associated with at least one delivery location. Set is_primary=true to designate this as the primary contact for the location(s).
