Create global customer

https://api.mapflow.co/api/v1/locations/global-customers/

Create a global customer object atomically: Customer + DeliveryLocation + Contact + OpeningHours in a single API call. All validation is performed together. If any part fails, nothing is created (transactional). ⚠️ Limitations: Maximum 1 delivery location per customer, 1 contact per location, 2 time slots per location.

⚠️ IMPORTANT : L'ID utilisé est celui de la DeliveryLocation, pas du Customer !
Cela permet une logique plus cohérente où la DeliveryLocation est l'objet principal.

Cas d'usage : 1 lieu = 1 client + 1 contact + horaires
