Create opening hours

https://api.mapflow.co/api/v1/locations/opening-hours/

Create opening hours for a delivery location. ⚠️ Validation rules: Maximum 2 time slots per day per location, no overlapping hours, break times must be within opening hours. Use is_closed=true for closed days.
